Venture Capital Associate – Job ID 1041062

Firm seeks an associate attorney three to six years of experience with startups and emerging growth and later stage companies in connection with formations, financings (including convertible notes, SAFEs and priced Seed Preferred or Series Preferred rounds), venture capital and private equity transactions, federal securities and state blue sky securities compliance, joint ventures, spin-offs, private company mergers and acquisitions and divestitures, employment, consulting and/or equity compensation-related matters. The ideal candidate will have experience coming from a venture capital fund, in-house at a well-funded technology startup, or experience at a very reputable law firm with a group focused on emerging growth companies.
