Products Liability Associate – Job ID 1007040

Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-7 years of product liability experience (2019 to 2015 J.D.) with a background with insurance defense and tort litigation. The ideal candidate will be able to balance a high volume of work while remaining available for client questions and meetings, as well as responding to written discovery demands, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, oral argument, and drafting briefs and client status reports. Having some second chair trial experience is a plus.
