This firm seeks a junior/mid to senior level associate with law firm, SEC or industry experience for their investment management practice team. The ideal candidate must:a background with the Investment Company Act of 1940 (preferably with respect to registered fund structures like mutual funds, ETFs and closed-end funds) and investment adviser regulations. Preferably desirable is familiarity with hedge funds, broker-dealer regulatory issues, and other federal securities laws and SRO rules, not required.
