Firm seeks an Of Counsel with a minimum of five to six years experience in customs and import law, as well as in handling forced labor, audits, investigations, penalty proceedings, disclosures, valuation, classification and origin matters. The ideal candidate should have a background managing and running cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and managing junior associates. U.S. Court of International Trade experience is preferred.
