Firm seeks an associate attorney with three years of international law firm experience providing legal advice to foreign sovereigns and private companies regarding commercial arbitration and international investment dispute before tribunals constituted under ICSID or ICC. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in providing legal advice to parties on procedural issues regarding the international arbitration process; reviewing and processing documents filed by parties; commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration; and experience drafting, researching and reviewing legal memoranda, motions, briefs, witness statements and expert reports for litigation in the U.
