Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits

Firm seeks an associate attorney with at least 3 years of experience in design and implementation of executive compensation and incentive programs, compliance with securities laws relating to disclosure executive compensation, support of M&A executive compensation and benefits work, and analysis of tax issues relating to executive compensation including Sections 409A and 280G of the Code.
