Bank/Finance Associate – Job ID 2007152

Firm seeks an associate attorney with two to four experience on bank regulatory compliance and transactional matters, as well as a background with the Bank Holding Company Act, National Bank Act, and similar federal and state banking statutes and the regulations of the federal banking agencies, as well as on capital markets or M&A/private equity transactions involving regulated entities. The associate will also work closely with partners across financial regulatory and fintech practices on cutting edge digital asset trading and infrastructure projects.
