Venture Capital Associate Attorney – Job ID 2016062

Firm seeks an associate attorney with at least two years of solid venture finance experience as well as fund formation and deal management experience. The successful candidate will have strong familiarity with startup/financing documents, including convertible notes, SAFEs (simple agreements for future equity), series seed funding, priced equity rounds, the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) and Token offerings. Ideal candidates will also have solid transactional experience, including drafting agreements, negotiating with opposing counsel, and leading teams on diligence and closing transactions.
