Trusts and Estates Associate – Job ID 2013057

Firm seeks a junior level associate attorney with one to three years of experience in estate planning and probate law, including drafting trust agreements and/or advising on trust administration matters, drafting Wills and incapacity documents, probating estates (including assisting in preparation of estate tax returns), drafting family limited partnerships and related family corporate-type documents. Experience in forming and advising 501(c)(3) entities and/or other charitable entities would also be helpful
