Practice includes: clearance, filing, prosecution and maintenance; agreements (sponsorship and promotional agreements, entertainment contracts, trademark licenses, M&A, credit agreements and due diligence); TTAB actions; cease and desist issuance and response; litigation; UDRP actions; securing GTLD and CCTLD domains; advertising review; claims and defense; and supervision of paralegals.
