Description
Firm seeks an associate attorney from the class years 2017-2019 with experience in intellectual property licensing, technology transfer and other technology transactions as well as in IP support (including intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence) of corporate transactions in the life sciences arena. The ideal candidate is adept in drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses (including patent and trademark licenses), joint development, collaboration and/or other strategic alliance agreements; technology licenses and services agreements (including software as a service agreements), and distribution agreements as well as performing intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers.
