Regulatory FinTech and FINRA Associate – Job ID 2015005

Firm seeks a regulatory FinTech associate to join its top practice. Experience with financial services regulatory and compliance required. The ideal candidate will have experience with federal securities laws and regulations, FINRA rules, and broker-dealers. Relevant experience and interest advising on crypto exchanges and other blockchain focused companies is a plus. Regulatory experience with FinCEN AML regulations, licensing entities with states as money transmitters and SEC/FINRA and state regulatory matters a plus.
