Real Estate Transactional Associate – Job ID 2063023

Firm seeks an associate attorney with three to five years of transactional commercial real estate experience, including real estate purchases and sale contract management experience (including contract review and amendment drafting capabilities), as well as transactional management. Candidate should have experience with lender (loan) documents for commercial transactions and title experience is also a plus. The candidate must be conscientious, extremely detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational, analytical and writing skills. Listening to and understanding the supervisory partner objectives as well as client's business objectives then achieving those objectives is also a requirement.
