Real Estate Land Use and Zoning Associate – Job ID 2093172

Firm seeks an associate attorney with two to four years' experience of land use entitlement and real estate litigation experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in land use law including zoning laws and processes and subdivision laws and processes as well as real estate controversies in or approaching litigation including condemnation, lease disputes, boundary disputes, easement and title disputes, real property covenant disputes. Must show ability to understand the nuanced regulations of complex deal and ownership structures.
