Firm seeks a junior public finance associate with 0-3 years of experience in public finance, federal tax law, secured lending and/or securities law. Responsibilities include: drafting closing documents, managing closings and conducting deal-specific due diligence reviews, with the ability to quickly transition to more advanced drafting and transaction management tasks
