Leveraged Finance Mid/Senior Level Associate – Job ID 2050126

Firm seeks a mid/senior level associate attorney with three to seven years of leveraged finance experience representing borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, direct lenders and investors in debt finance work, including acquisition financings, dividend and other recapitalizations, asset-based facilities, general working capital facilities, portfolio company management, restructurings, and reorganizations (including debtor-in-possession financings). Borrower side experience in the context of middle market transactions is a plus, but not required.
