Fund Formation/Regulatory Funds Associate – Job ID 2015007

Firm seeks a fourth or fifth year fund formation associate with experience in hedge fund and private equity fund formation and structuring. Relevant experience in private equity funds including advising on regulatory and compliance and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 is preferred. Strong academic credentials is required.
