Firm seeks a third or fourth year corporate associate with financing transaction experience for their Debt Financing practice with experience in asset based lending, cash flow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalization, convertible debt financing, Term B loans, workouts, DIP financings, leveraged loans, and/or mezzanine loans.
