Firm seeks a finance associate to sit in any of its US offices. Candidate must have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. Asset based lending experience a preferred. Hired candidate will work with many high-profile clients including bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds and hedge funds. Must have top firm experience and academic credentials.
