Prestigious Big Law Firm with top receivables finance practice seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join the team. The ideal candidate should have deal transactional experience focusing on representing borrowers, lenders, sellers and purchasers in trade finance, asset based lending, supply chain finance, trade receivables securitization, commodity finance, and/or receivables monetization. A solid background in finance is a must, but the firm will consider candidates with no direct experience given the niche work of this practice. However, the candidate must have strong transactional experience at a sophisticated law firm and top credentials to be considered.
