Firm seeks an associate attorney with four to seven years of experience negotiating concession agreements, long-term lease agreements, comprehensive agreements and similar agreements in the PPP space as well as related design, construction, interface, operations and maintenance agreements.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in negotiating secured financings including credit agreements, pledge agreements, security agreements, collateral agency agreements as well as bond experience including negotiating indentures, bond purchase agreements and drafting disclosure documents.
