Firm seeks an associate attorney from the class years 2015-2019 with experience in environmental enforcement matters (civil or criminal) at the federal level. The ideal candidate has government-side enforcement experience related to environmental or similar issues, a keen ability to analyze complex and technical regulatory schemes, a general understanding of enforcement approaches used by federal agencies and/or the Department of Justice to enforce federal environmental requirements, and a strong foundation in environmental and administrative law concepts.
