Energy Associate – Job ID 1096213

Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-6 years experience with energy trading, sales agreements, purchase agreements and other master sale and purchase agreements. The ideal candidate is adept in drafting and negotiating short-term and long-term LNG purchase and sale agreements, tolling agreements, lifting agreements, hydrogen purchase and sale agreements, power purchase agreements and various energy commodity purchase agreements, including ISDAs, NAESBs, EEIs and ancillary documents is preferred. General commodity trading experience is a plus.
