Description
Firm seeks an Of Counsel with at least 4 years of legal experience with employment law cases and issues. The ideal candidate is adept at drafting discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admissions, and objections and responses to discovery requests served by plaintiffs; document and evidence management (often in the Relativity environment), including: Overseeing the organization, staging, and unitization of documents; requesting additional documents needed for the defense of the case Tagging key documents. The candidate has a background in partnering with assigned e-Discovery counsel and the firm’s Litigation Support team with respect to ESI-related requests, as well as preparing witness kits and identifying key evidence in support of depositions and/or motions and briefs.ssues
