Firm seeks an associate attorney with a minimum of five years of experience in employment counseling as well as experience representing clients in employment litigation matters before courts and agencies. The ideal candidate will have a background handling class action and individual lawsuits related to employment discrimination allegations, wage and hour claims, plus experience handling issues related to employee discipline, unlawful harassment and retaliation, labor law and workplace investigations and trainings is ideal. Federal clerkship experience a plus.
