Data Privacy and Data Breach Associate – Job ID 1055021

Firm seeks an associate attorney with three to five years of experience with HIPPA, breach response and federal and state health privacy laws (required). Knowledge and understanding of privacy and data security compliance counseling, risk management, and class action litigation (including familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, FCRA, CFBA and other data protection and privacy laws) is a plus. CIPP certification required.
