Corporate Transactional Associate – Job ID 2036082

Firm seeks a mid level associate attorney with a corporate transactional background, including solid experience in drafting and reviewing sophisticated M&A and other corporate documentation, as well as a working knowledge of market terms for the above corporate transactions in a broad cross-section of industries.to represent clients in domestic and international private equity and strategic M&A transactions. The work will involve acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, private equity-sponsored transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions.
