National firm seeks a public company associate with experience in capital market transactions, disclosure and compliance matters. Should have experience with offerings of debt and equity securities. Experience with M&A is a plus as is experience with pre-IPO counseling and with SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance. The position may be located in a number of the firm's offices.
