Firm seeks an associate attorney with three to six years of practice with real estate or other transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background with representing financial institutions, mortgage lenders, institutional investors or borrowers in real estate and financing transactions as well as leasing experience; Thorough understanding of basic elements of real property due diligence, including survey, title, zoning and other land use issues is a plus.
