Firm client seeking an associate attorney with over 2 years experience in the health care practice. The ideal hire will have both compliance and regulatory experience including regarding licensing and state agency filings. Experience with hospital operations, mental health, practices run by physicians, HC reimbursements, managed care, anti-kickback laws, and Stark laws preferred. Experience with healthcare related corporate transactional work, including acquisitions, mergers, sales, and reorganizations of health care entities and businesses, as well as with privacy and emerging technology preferred.
