White Collar and Investigations Litigation Associate – Job ID 2054104

FIrm seeks a junior/mid level commercial litigation and white collar government litigation and Investigations associate with experience in each of the following: (1) Conducting domestic and cross-border internal investigations in response to whistleblower allegations as well as civil and criminal investigations by U.S. and foreign governmental authorities; (2) Advising clients on compliance, anti-corruption, and anti-bribery matters, including involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) and similar anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws; (3) Preparing presentations to boards of directors and shareholders to convey investigatory findings and remediation recommendations;
