Trademark Associate or Of Counsel – Job ID 1084160

Firm seeks an associate attorney or Of Counsel with at least five years of trademark experience, domestic and global portfolio management, including search and clearance (familiarity with Corsearch platform preferred but not required), global trademark strategy development, and domestic and international trademark prosecution. While the primary focus will be non-contentious work, experience in trademark enforcement (demand letters and TTAB proceedings), online marketplace enforcement, domain enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement is a plus.
