Corporate M&A Associate – Job ID 1041096

Firm seeks an associate attorney from the class years of 2016 – 2019 with corporate experience representing developers, lenders, sponsors and tax equity investors in renewable energy development, project finance and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating project contracts (including O&M agreements, EPC contracts, management agreements and offtake contracts) purchase and sale agreements and tax equity financing agreements as well as general corporate related experience.
