Firm seeks an associate attorney with four to eight years’ experience in transactional commercial real estate matters, with a particular emphasis in commercial leasing. The ideal candidate will be adept at drafting and revising commercial leases of all types, representing landlords and tenants in both lease and sublease negotiations, and reviewing title reports, purchase and sale documents, and financing transactions. Preferably desirable is the candidate who has worked with public and private real estate investors, developers, and owners in the acquisition and development of diverse commercial properties.
