Securities Associate – Job ID 2045049

FIrm seeks an associate attorney with at least three to five years experience in SEC reporting, SEC filings, public and private securities offerings and related matters. The ideal candidate will have a direct role in providing day-to-day support to SEC filings, prospectuses, client press releases, board consents, and standard corporate and securities matters. The candidate must have a background in public company reporting compliance, securities offerings, and the drafting of private placement memoranda, subscription documents, standard venture capital and seed financing documents, and related blue sky filings.
