Firm seeks an associate attorney with at least four years of California employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate has the ability to propound and respond to discovery, prepare motions, obtain declarations, and assist with all aspects of trials and trial preparation. Civil litigation and/or trial experience is also a plus.
