Corporate Transactional Mid Level Associate – Job ID 2094109

Firm seeks an associate attorney with at least 5 years five years of corporate transactional experience. Preferably desirable is prior M&A experience on the buyer side and seller side (such as experience drafting and negotiating asset, stock, merger, employment, escrow, LLC operating, shareholder, as well as strong corporate formation and commercial contracting experience. Interest in the health care industry and familiarity with applicable health care regulatory issues in such transactions (such as Stark, fraud/abuse, and the like) is preferred, but not required.
