Firm seeks an associate attorney with two to five years of experience in a public company practice. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the ’33 and ’34 Acts, and is adept at drafting, reviewing, preparing and filing SEC reports and statements. Preferably desirable is having assisted with NYSE and NASDAQ initial and ongoing listing compliance and is knowledgeable regarding public company corporate governance matters.
