Patent Litigation Associate – Hard Sciences – Job ID 2011018

Firm seeks an associate attorney with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. The ideal candidate will have two to six years’ of patent prosecution experience; with prior industry experience being a plus but not required. The position will entail preparing and prosecuting patent applications filed with the USPTO and foreign patent offices, counseling clients on comprehensive IP strategy, prior art analysis, and IP portfolio management. Experience with foreign patent applications is a plus. Must be admitted before the US Patent & Trademark Office.
