Firm seeks an associate attorney with corporate and transactional matters experience including venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and private and public offerings of securities. Preferably desirable is a background working with life sciences companies. This firm will also consider candidates who have only an interest in life sciences work (but not direct experience).
