Firm seeks an associate attorney with at least 3 years of broad transactional real estate experience. The ideal candidate is skilled in negotiating and drafting closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases and subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements and other real estate transaction documents. Joint venture and project finance experience is a plus.
