Real Estate Associate – Job ID 2016074

Firm seeks an associate attorney with at least three years experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions; exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans and workouts. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in negotiating and drafting closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases and subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements and other real estate transaction documents. Joint venture and project finance experience is a plus.
