Patent Litigation Hard Sciences Associate – Job ID 1042029

Firm seeks an associate attorney with two to five years of patent litigation experience. Candidates must have an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science/engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, or similar education/experience. The ideal applicant should have experience conducting research assignments, drafting pleading, motions and briefs, preparing discovery documents, and taking/defending fact and expert depositions. Prior experience with Section 337 Investigations before the International Trade Commission is required
