Debt Finance Associate – Job ID 1002056

Firm seeks a mid/senior level associate with experience with secured lending matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations and general corporate finance matters. • Prior experience as a key member of deal teams is preferred, including having taken responsibility for running signings and closings, taking "the pen" on first drafts of debt commitment papers and credit documentation, etc. • Exposure to direct lending, special situation financings, out-of-court and in-court restructurings and/or private equity-related corporate finance transactions is helpful.
